Job Description

  • Report to the Sales/Marketing Head on all aspects of Operations.
  • At the outset, you are required to understand the basics of graphic design concepts, copywriting, print production and ensure on time and quality deliverables on designs to the best of your abilities.
  • Always safe-guard CBMM’s Design and intellectual interest.


  • Understanding marketing problems and develop relevant creative ideas and design concepts  to meet the brief from the sales team.
  • Design and develop brochures/collaterals ready for print production.
  • Developing creative presentations and mood boards to help bring ideas to life and stay within the Brand narrative.
  • Collaborating with wider team, suppliers to amend and redevelop ideas after feedback.
  • Maintaining awareness of creative work done by competitors, and market/tech developments and cultural trends in relation to the CBMM brands being worked on to ensure campaigns are unique.
  • Managing the pressure of tight deadlines and busy schedules, working on multiple projects simultaneously as required.
  • Responsible for constant knowledge upgradation to keep up with the latest advancements in the related field, to ensure CBMM embraces and follows best practices.


  • At least 4 years of experience in the Design domain (minimum of 2 years in print production)
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to work with collaborative Adobe suite applications Preference given to applicants with added video editing abilities.
