Job Description

As a Kickass UX/UI Designer, you will work with a creative and imaginative team to develop aesthetically appealing and user-friendly digital designs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements.
  • Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how apps function and look like.
  • Translate user behaviour and research into actionable data
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and also to keep up-to-date knowledge in UI / UX trends and technologies.
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to and create style standards and guides on fonts, colours and images

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of design projects
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma, Invision etc.,)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Goodtime-management skills
